Storyline

The film is adapted from the novel "Jose and the Tiger and the Fish" of the same name by the famous Japanese writer Seiko Tanabe. It is directed by Kotaro Tamura ("Noragami") and produced by "Bone Society".

Living in her own world, Josie, who only likes to swim in the ocean of paintings and books that she is interested in, has been in a wheelchair since she was a child. One day when she almost fell on a slope, Hengfu, who specializes in marine biology, helped her. Hengfu is a college student who works day and night part-time in order to realize his dream of seeing dreamy fish that only live in Mexico.

         The grandmother Chizu, who lives with Josie, sees such a Hengfu, and introduces him to a job taking care of Josie-to follow Josie's request and find a way to satisfy her. Gradually, the distance between the two sides shortened, and Josie also made up his mind to go with Hengfu to see the outside world she dreamed of...
